Q&A

Q: What is the timeframe like for this?

A: There will typically be a 6-8 week turnaround, but every project is different! This will depend on your specifics need.

 

Q: How Will I make my order?

A: You will either work with the rep who introduced you to us or you will be assigned one. Your rep will facilitate the entire process and answer any questions you may have. Theeir job is to help you and make this as streamlined as possible

 

Q: What forms of payment do you take and what is your pay process

A: We take Payment upon finalization of your order. We take multiple forms of payment and will do what we can to work with you.

 

Q: What if I am unhappy with my product?

A: As the product is made for you personally we will do everything we can to assure your happiness. However once your order has been made and your approval has been given, we will be unable to create refunds. We will do whatever we can prior to making your order to make sure you are happy with the order when it arrives.
